Woolworths Grand Opening Crowns Retail Leasing Success Story

Leasing an entire suburban shopping centre is a fantastic achievement and when supermarket leader, Woolworths, celebrated its grand opening at Keysborough South Shopping Centre this morning, it was proof of the success of commercial real estate service specialists, CRS Property. 

With the convenience of 265 car parks, 1247 square metres of specialty retail, including eight specialist shops, and the vast, modern 4000 square metres of space occupied by Woolworths and BWS, CRS Propertyis proud to have been responsible for securing the all leasing arrangements in just nine months – an impressive outcome that has led to better business opportunities for Victorian retailers. 

Having the diverse range of specialty shops and the huge range of groceries and fresh produce that Woolworths is renowned for makes this shopping centre a positive retail hub in this increasingly popular neighbourhood. 

In any vibrant community, a retail centre is the beating heart and the Woolworths launch is a sign of a thriving future in an area that population analysts have predicted will grow from 2016 figures of 11,000 people in the main trade area, to an estimated 14,500 people by 2021.
