CRS Property delivers Super Amart to Bell Street site

CRS Property is proud to have negotiated a ten (10) lease with Super Amart, securing the big box retailer until at least 2025.

Ian Robertson, Principal at CRS Property was responsible for completing this transaction.

“Strategically located on Bell Street and part of the regeneration of the area, this site was highly desirable to Super Amart” said Ian Robertson.  “Previous zoning restrictions made moving forward difficult, however, changes in that area allowed us to successfully place this key national retailer”.

Absorbing over 5,000m2, the deal represents a passing rental of $190m2 approx plus outgoings.
