CRS Holds Property Seminar for Asian Market
CRS Property was proud to deliver an extensive and informative property seminar on Thursday 18 August 2016 at the Park Hyatt.
Speaking to over 250 key clients, accountants, financial planners, architects and investors, the event provided an opportunity for knowledge sharing and networking within the Chinese and Asian community as a whole. Interasia Group was also represented at the function and spoke to the group around financial considerations in the commercial market.
CRS Property Managing Director Ross Mercorillo spoke in depth about the current trends in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors – where the growth areas are currently and where we should be focussing our attention moving forward.
From here, Senior Principal and Head of Asset Management Lincoln McConnell-Brown discussed how CRS can add value from an asset management perspective. To highlight this, Lincoln gave a detailed analysis of a neighbourhood shopping centre project that was driven by CRS – from land acquisition, through to planning, design, pre-leasing, grand opening and ongoing management. This served to highlight the value that CRS adds across all projects and properties under management.
Since the event, CRS has received a number of further enquiries from both current and potential clients requesting our input in upcoming projects as well as our assistance in the ongoing management of assets under their ownership.
